I developed the Pets2impress website around the different ways dog owners use the business: finding daycare, exploring training, choosing puppy school and accessing further support. The site combines a friendly public presence with account and community features.

A custom WordPress website bringing dog daycare, training, puppy school and online community content into a clear service journey.

Making a varied service offer approachable

The website gives daycare, behaviour and training, puppy school and other services their own routes. Service imagery, pricing sections, testimonials and contact links help visitors explore the offer in more detail.

I built these pages with reusable WordPress content sections, including image and text layouts, link grids, pricing tables and accordions. Different services can use the sections they need while remaining part of the same website.

Connecting information with the next step

The public journey includes consultation links, enquiry routes and downloadable training resources. The development also includes WooCommerce account and purchase functionality, connecting the informational pages with services that can be accessed through an account.

Room for an ongoing relationship

Pets2impress also has an online training club. I worked on the WordPress templates supporting its forum and member content, alongside video and resource sections. That gives the website a role beyond an initial enquiry, with a place for owners to continue engaging with the business.
