WordPress development is about the editing experience as well as the public website. I build custom themes with content fields and reusable sections that fit the actual pages. Your team can update the information it needs to manage without having to recreate the layout each time. The design and content structure are planned together.
If you already have a designer or agency, I can take the approved designs into development. Instrumentix and First Demolition are examples of my WordPress implementation work using designs supplied by Pelekan Design. I keep that division of responsibility clear and work through the details that connect a design file with a working site.
The scope can include service pages, project libraries, editorial content, forms or membership features. I review the existing setup where relevant, agree how content should be managed and test the important page types and interactions. Launch, handover and ongoing maintenance are considered as part of the work, with responsibilities made clear before the site goes live.

Do you take on WordPress projects in Kettering and Leicester?
Yes. I’m based in Market Harborough and offer WordPress development to businesses in Kettering, Leicester, Corby and across the UK. You work directly with me, with calls and meetings arranged around what the project needs.
Can you build designs supplied by my agency?
Yes. I regularly work from supplied designs and can collaborate with the designer on responsive behaviour, content and interactions. Instrumentix and First Demolition show this kind of work, with design credited to Pelekan Design and WordPress development handled by me.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
We agree what you need to manage during scoping. I can provide editable text, images, reusable page sections and structured content such as projects or resources. The editing tools follow that plan, and I explain how to use them during handover.
Can you quote for development only?
Yes. Share the designs, page list and any functional requirements, together with the existing site if there is one. I can quote for the development scope and identify anything still needed from the design or content team. The cost depends on the templates, interactions, integrations and migration work involved.
What happens after launch?
We agree launch checks, access and handover responsibilities before release. Ongoing maintenance, updates and further development can be scoped separately, depending on how your team wants to manage the site. I make clear what is included in the project and what needs a continuing support arrangement.
