A strong agency partnership starts with a clear brief and a shared understanding of how the work will run. I can develop approved designs, help assess a technical requirement before you quote, or take responsibility for an agreed part of a larger build. We establish the scope, milestones and review process, including how feedback and changes will be handled.
The development can cover custom WordPress themes, WooCommerce stores, Next.js websites and web applications. If your team supplies the visual direction, I work through the content structure, responsive behaviour and functionality needed to turn it into a working product. Questions that affect the design or scope are raised while there is still time to resolve them.
Instrumentix and First Demolition are public examples of my development from designs provided by Pelekan Design. My role on both projects was the WordPress implementation, with the design credit kept clear. I can discuss further relevant agency experience on request, within the confidentiality agreed for that work.
Your agency’s way of working shapes the arrangement. We agree how visible I should be to the client, who communicates progress and how code, access and handover will be managed. Staging reviews and launch responsibilities form part of the plan. Ongoing maintenance or further development can be scoped around what your team and client need after release.

Can you work under our agency’s brand?
Yes. I can work behind the scenes as your development partner. We agree whether I communicate only with your team or also take part in client conversations, and how that contact is presented. Confidentiality, attribution and ownership are discussed before work starts so the arrangement is clear to both of us.
Can you build from our Figma files or approved designs?
Yes. Share the designs, page types and expected functionality. I review responsive layouts, interaction states and content requirements before development, and flag anything that still needs a design decision. Instrumentix and First Demolition show my WordPress development from designs supplied by Pelekan Design.
Can you help before we have quoted the client?
I can review a brief and help identify the technical scope, dependencies and information needed for an estimate. If a feature needs investigation, we can agree a separate discovery task. That gives your agency a clearer basis for discussing the project with the client.
What information do you need to quote?
The designs or brief, page and template list, functional requirements, existing site and any migration needs are a useful start. Include the intended launch date and budget, plus who is providing content and managing the client. I then quote for the development scope we agree.
Who handles hosting and support after launch?
We agree those responsibilities as part of the project. Your agency may manage hosting and client support, or need my help with particular technical tasks. Code, access, documentation and any ongoing development arrangement should be clear at handover, with continuing work scoped separately where required.
