Information I collect
If you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, project message, what is prompting the project, timeline, service choice, budget band and whether the enquiry is a project or a supplier approach. The form also creates a random lead reference and records the page it came from.
If you allow analytics, a successful project enquiry sends the random lead reference and the budget band you selected, so I can match the event to the delivered enquiry. Your name, email address, message, timeline and the reason for the project are not included in that analytics event.
If you enable advertising measurement, the site may retain campaign details such as Google Ads click identifiers, campaign labels and the first landing page for up to 90 days. Those details are added to a later form submission so I can tell whether an enquiry came from advertising. They are not added to Google Analytics events. For a project enquiry in a budget band I treat as a possible fit, the same consent also allows a Google Ads conversion with a value based on that band. Your email address is included so Google can match the enquiry to advertising it already holds. The Google tag hashes the address before sending it. Enquiries under £2,000 are still delivered to me and can be counted in analytics, but they are not sent as Google Ads conversions. Nothing in this paragraph happens if you have not allowed advertising measurement.
